I don't know what happened with the member avas. As I look now they seem to be back. A red cross usally means that the URL has stopped working so it was probaly some problem with the server.
About the other pic: that one has I removed. If you look around the forum you'll se that there's a topic called "Picture of the Day". In that topic you can suggest pictures you want to have up there and I'll put them on (ofc using the adress you putted).
